The procedure governing the repair and maintenance program is straightforward, designed with utmost customer friendliness in mind. The process is outlined in the following steps:

  1. Identify a defective instrument and send it to the designated address:
    • Beautizon instruments
    • Export department
    • Kotlinoona, sambrial daska road
    • Sialkot-Pakistan
  2. Any suggestions or comments regarding faulty items are welcomed and highly valuable.
  3. The TS-Team meticulously examines and tests each instrument to identify all faults causing malfunction. Our experienced specialists quickly recognize and diagnose instrument issues.
  4. Based on the diagnosis, the repair cost is calculated. Upon your request, the repair cost will be sent for your approval. You can decide whether to proceed with the repair at the suggested price.
  5. Generally, the total repair cost does not exceed 30% of the value of a new item. If the cost surpasses 2/3 of the value of a new instrument, you may be advised to consider purchasing a new one, with promotional pricing offered.
  6. The TS department undertakes the repair within 14 days upon receiving your confirmation. An expedited “fast track” procedure is available, delivering the instrument within 7 days at a higher cost. (Customer will bear the shipping cost)

The quality of instruments post-repair is comparable to new ones. All items are polished and etched with the Beautizon Instruments Service logo and the year of repair (e.g., Beautizon Reg 01). Custom etching is available upon request.

  • The repaired instrument is promptly sent back to you. Ensure all instruments are properly cleaned and sterilized before sending.
  • A guarantee covers all repaired or replaced instruments and their parts. Original Beautizon Instruments spare parts are used for any necessary replacements, demonstrating confidence in our service and commitment to customer care.
  • Our service includes precise sharpening, adjustments, refinishing, lubrication, and installation of TC-inserts.

As part of the program, any defective Beautizon Instruments covered by our guarantee will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we rework the repaired item at no cost.
